Notice regarding processing of registration forms for Admission:

1. Proof of residence only as specified in the registration form will be taken into consideration for the short listing /selection.
2. The School reserve the right to cancel the registration at any time, in case the admission committee finds false/wrong/incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant.
3. The School will abide by the instructions/directions from the constitutional authorities.

Guidelines for filling online Forms:

• This is an electronic registration form for Pre School (Nursery) admission
• The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
• Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
• After completing the application from kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button
• To avoid rejection, Do NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
• All Field (except Aadhaar Number) are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
• Please enter your mobile number and email if correctly as you will receive further communication on the same.
• Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient.

• On The day of Parent Interview Printed copy of filled applicationform should be submitted at the school reception along with self-attested copies of the following documents:
• Birth Certificate.
• Proof of residential address (any one of the following): Passport / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (MTNL only)
• Affidavit regarding first born (if applicable)
• Proof of sibling
• EWS Student: Parent Income Certificate
• Print out of Google map: School to residence

Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission. Final admission of the shortlisted applicants is subject to verification of the original documents.
